But instead, I lost sight of who I was, I sacrificed things that were important to me, and I became a workaholic to cope with having to do it all. I found myself busy all the time without a larger vision for a meaningful life. To regain control, I did what was natural to me. I leaned into scientific frameworks to create a roadmap aligning MY purpose, core values, and career path, NOT someone else’s expectations.
