I’m Anokhi, a PhD researcher, work-from-home business owner, and homeschooling mom of 2 boys. As a new mom with a successful professional career, I thought I could handle juggling my job, family time, and self-care. But instead, I lost sight of who I was, I sacrificed things that were important to me, and I became a workaholic to cope with having to do it all. I found myself busy all the time without a larger vision for a meaningful life. To regain control, I did what was natural to me. I leaned into scientific frameworks to create a roadmap aligning MY purpose, core values and career path, NOT someone else’s expectations.
