// Grow Your Individuality While Prioritizing Family Time Are you busy juggling everything for your family that you have no alone time? Have you been mom for so long that you don’t know what your own interests are? Trying to figure out how to learn, be challenged, and feel accomplished without sacrificing family time? Welcome to the Solve for Mom Podcast! Here, you will find solutions to be your best self and pursue your interests during motherhood without taking time or money away from your family. Hi! I’m Anokhi, a homeschooling mom, wife, and PhD scientist. A few years ago, I welcomed the opportunity to pour myself into being a mom. What I did not expect was to feel over-committed, sidelined, and scattered. Not to mention, I was frustrated by the long list of skills and hobbies I wanted to pick back up, but instead went by the wayside after I had kids. To regain order, I did what was natural to me. I leaned into scientific frameworks that I used daily in my biomedical research and consulting career to help me create a roadmap to get back onto the right trajectory. I balanced my priorities, and systematically learned to develop my skills in alignment with my purpose. I energized my life with high-performance plans while still spending time together with my family. Now, each transition in motherhood is an opportunity for me to explore my interests and customize MY time to fit MY individuality! If you’re ready to go questing for your purpose, level up your learning, and confidently pursue your passions - while still being the awesome momma that you are - you’re in the right place! I’ll show up each week with friendly support, critical thinking lessons, and actionable plans that you can apply to outlet in your life. With this podcast, you’ll be on your way to organize your life based on what matters most to you and gain some freedom, whether it be creative, intellectual, financial, time, or space… This podcast is for you if you want to: • Find more time to knowledgeably and decisively pursue dormant skills while prioritizing motherhood • Add intellectual and creative rhythm back into your life • Transition from a traditional job to remote work, freelancing, or homeschooling • Adopt powerful learning habits that bring you consistency, discipline, and order • Override conflicts such as excuses, second-guessing, and “mom brain” • Take charge of your mom-at-home journey with plans, strategies and critical thinking tools. In this complex equation we call life, it’s time to sharpen our pencils (and our minds) and Solve for Mom. Tap +Follow (it’s free!). Leave me a Rating & Review (thank you!).
